Contract Terms

Customize the terms that appear in your performance agreements. One term per line.

Performance. Artist agrees to perform a live musical performance at the venue on the date and time specified above. Artist agrees to perform in a professional manner.
Payment. Venue agrees to pay Artist the compensation described above. Payment shall be made in full on the night of the performance, immediately following the performance.
Cancellation by Venue. If Venue cancels the performance with less than 14 days notice, Venue agrees to pay Artist 50% of the guaranteed amount as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by Artist. If Artist cancels the performance with less than 14 days notice, Artist will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement act at no cost to Venue.
Sound & Equipment. Venue agrees to provide a functioning PA system and sound technician, or notify Artist in advance if Artist must provide their own.
Promotion. Both parties agree to promote the event through their respective channels including social media, email lists, and in-venue materials.
Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the performance takes place.
Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal agreements.
