Run every tour.
From anywhere.
Tourwire is the all-in-one touring management platform for artists and teams. Book shows, manage routing, handle outreach, and keep your entire tour connected.
One workflow, start to finish
From “I want to tour” to “we got paid” — every step lives in one place.
Discover
Thousands of venues across the US & Europe — filtered to your route, with email, phone, and booking forms already pulled.
Pitch
Reach dozens of venues from your own inbox — warm-up pacing and safe daily send limits keep you out of spam so your pitch actually lands. You approve every word. One inbox auto-sorts who’s interested, plus timed follow-ups that stop the second a venue writes back.
Book
Generate the contract, e-sign, send the venue a calendar invite. Or lock it on a handshake. Confirmed shows sync to your calendar.
Plan
Drop your dates on a map: route, live-traffic drive times, gas, hotels. A day-planner that tells you exactly when to leave the hotel.
Promote
Make posters + reels, blast the local radio and press in every market, and grow a fan email list that sells the room out.
Get paid
Guarantees, merch, ticket sales, per-diem and mileage — auto-tracked into a Schedule-C-ready tax breakdown. Snap a receipt, done.
Everything a booking agent does. In your pocket.
Venue discovery
300k+ venues, 120k+ with phone or email already pulled. No more stitching together scattered databases and a dozen DM threads.
Safe-send outreach engine
Not just a contact list — the engine that gets your pitch seen. Send from your own inbox with warm-up pacing and daily caps that keep you out of spam. Personalized drafts written for you; you approve every word.
One booking inbox
Gmail integration catches replies, classifies them, and surfaces what needs your decision today.
Contracts + e-sign
Generate, send, counter-sign. Booking sheet + .ics for the venue. Handshake confirms welcome too.
Local press + radio
11k+ radio stations and alt-weeklies, geo-matched to each show. One click pitches your whole market.
Expenses + taxes
Snap a receipt → the details fill themselves in. Auto mileage + per-diem. Schedule C ready for April.
Works with the tools you already use
I booked a nine-show run in a weekend that used to take me a month of emails. The automatic follow-ups alone are worth it.

Why I built this
I'm Brennan. I play in bands out of Asheville, and for years, booking our own tours ate up dozens of hours each month — hunting for venues, digging up the right booker's email, sending the same pitch fifty times, then watching half of them vanish into spam folders.
I'm not a startup guy. I just got sick of doing the worst part of touring at 2 a.m. before a load-in. So I built the thing I wish someone had handed me: it finds the venues, sends the pitches so they actually land, and tracks every dollar — no agent, no cut of your money.
If it saves you those hours and books you a show, it did its job.

Questions, answered
Isn’t this just a big venue list?
A list can’t get your pitch seen. Tourwire is the whole job: a safe-send engine that emails venues from your own inbox with warm-up pacing so you actually land, an inbox that sorts the replies, automated follow-ups, then contracts, routing, promo, and taxes. The contacts come pulled in; the booking gets done.
Do you take a cut of my guarantees or merch?
No. A booking agent takes 10–15% of every guarantee — Tourwire is a flat tool that never touches your money. What you book and sell is 100% yours, and the app pays for itself the first show it helps you land.
Is my data private? Can venues see it?
Your pipeline is yours alone. Outreach only goes out when you approve it, the Gmail connection is Google-verified and touches only what it needs, and you can export or delete everything anytime.
Is it really free?
Free during the beta, no card required. When paid plans launch you’ll get plenty of notice and early-supporter pricing — and you can cancel in one click.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. If you can text and use Gmail, you can run a tour on Tourwire. It works on your phone, on the road, between load-in and soundcheck.
