How do I delete my account?
Sign in, go to Profile, scroll to the Danger Zone, and tap “Delete account.” That removes you and every venue, booking, contract, expense, and message you created. It cannot be undone.
How do I export my data?
Email us at brennandug@gmail.comfrom your account address and we’ll send you a JSON export within a few days.
I’m not getting replies from venues I emailed.
Reply rates vary by genre, draw, and region — typical replies sit around 10–20%. Check that your EPK is complete (genre, draw, links to music), your subject lines are specific, and your message is short. If replies aren’t reaching the Inbox, make sure your Gmail account is connected on the Profile page.
A venue’s contact info looks wrong.
Venue data is aggregated from public sources and sometimes goes stale. You can edit any venue inline (pencil icon on the row) or remove it. If a whole region looks off, email us so we can re-scan it.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If you subscribed inside the iOS app, manage or cancel it through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from the billing page on your Profile or email us.
Reporting a bug
Tourwire ships changes most days. If you hit a bug, an email with what you did, what you expected, and what happened — plus a screenshot if you can — is more useful than a long explanation. Reply times are typically under 24 hours during the week.
